MI growing

I know this guy that thinks that when growing become legal for non med users that he is going to move to the upper part of michigan and start to grow there.I told him i dont think he will be able to grow there because first off he does not live there and i hear you have to had lived in Mi. for atleast 2 years and he also has to felonys for growing and selling  in another state.Can someone tell me if he even has a slight chance to grow in MI.

From what you say here he will not be able to  grow anything but if hes  married he can always have  her (or him!)  grow for them .

In my opinion; If growing becomes legal for everyone only the big gardens will get scrutinized.

Recreational has 12 plants per household limit also.
