In-home possession limit changes

I copied this from the 2018 Proposal Language for the Michigan Regulation and Taxation of Marihuana Act.

http://www.milegalize.com/2018_proposal_language

(b) within the person’s residence, possessing, storing, and processing not more than 10 ounces of marihuana and any marihuana produced by marihuana plants cultivated on the premises and cultivating not more than 12 marihuana plants for personal use, provided that no more than 12 marihuana plants are possessed, cultivated, or processed on the premises at once;

I don't recall the MMMA including an in-home possession limit above the standard 2.5 ounces ... this would raise that to 10 ounces ...

Am I understanding that correctly?

I believe that it's 12 plants per patient if you are a caregiver ... or 12 plants total if you are a patient ...

That is the current Michigan law for medical marijuana.

I'm asking about the MI-Legalize voter initiative ("Michigan Regulation and Taxation of Marihuana Act") for recreational marijuana.

What are the current weight limits for flowers, liquids, oil, edibles, etc?

Still 2.5 ounce limit on regular usable per patient, with these equivalencies;

(c) For purposes of determining usable marihuana equivalency, the following shall be considered equivalent to 1 ounce of usable marihuana:

(1) 16 ounces of marihuana-infused product if in a solid form.

(2) 7 grams of marihuana-infused product if in a gaseous form.

(3) 36 fluid ounces of marihuana-infused product if in a liquid form.

So you can have any combination adding up to 2.5 (or less).

Does RSO count as a liquid?
