b) This act shall DOES not permit any person to do any of the
following: 
(2) Possess marihuana, or otherwise engage in the medical use

of marihuanaAT ANY OF THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS:

 

(B) IN any public place, WHICH INCLUDES ANY PORTION OF
PRIVATE PROPERTY THAT IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.

possession was removed in Sec. 7(b) and moved to Sec. 7© thus "decriminalizing it" from the bills previous iteration.

 

 And, no one has a magic wand.  Still has to go through the house.

oh now it bans smoking on private property. got it. can still posess ok.

Well, the bill still licks balls,... but,.. one step forward.

 

 Lets see what else can be done.  Gaining any leeway from Jones' is a miracle in and of itself. hahaha...(not funny )

Senator Jones did give in on possession and making it criminal… in favor of moving it to 7c, where it is a civil offense.

 

Unfortunately there is still a whole lot to dislike.  

 

Now the fight moves back to the House (or I should say, soon the fight…)

 

where we have a better chance of gaining traction to oppose from legislators, but it is not going to be an easy fight… no guarantee of victory, that is for sure...
