Actually, to be brutally honest, short of meeting a fellow board goer there the cup was almost a flop in my opinion. Sure, there were a lot of people walking around and such, but the way I hear it, I would have had more fun down the way.

On the plus side, there was a Harley-Davidson show last year that wound up running the same days nearby..that was a hell of a stop to make post-canna-cup, let me tell you what..

I've actually never managed to make it down to Arborside just yet, another trip for the summer just to see what it is about for sure.

if its any bit of drive i wouldnt waste your time. Top shelf flowers crazy expensive (as with others in ann arbor) and i wouldnt call top shelf. Concentrates are nothing special 50 a g is crappy and 2 out of the 3 times i got wax they gave me the wrong one and didnt notice til i got home. Better bang for your buck close by.

The "drive" doesn't bother me, I love my motorcycle with a passion so it's all great there. It's the exposure. I'm one of the most not people persons. Don't get me wrong, I love locations and sites, but I really don't do people.

I went last year (to the cup) thinking it would be terrifying. And boy was it. But, stuck it through and managed to meet a fellow board goer there, and that was what made it worth it. I'm slowly bringing myself up to the thought of going again this year, but I'm yet uncertain.

Back to the Arborside thing, it's just the act of going there that I want to accomplish. Why? Well, because why not.

The cabins. The cabins. Friends have already reserved.

Glad you support the cabins. I have ridden my bike past and driven past the Wee Pine Cabins for years.....decades, and always wondered how they stayed in business. They were one of the casualties of the interstate system. I'm pleased that they have found a way to fill their rooms, if only for one week out of the year.
