How can a judge ignore the law and not allow medical marijuana as a defense? I can't wrap my head around this. It shouldn't matter what their personal opinions are, they have to follow the letter of the law. What can be done to remove these judges?

That is 2000% correct.. If a judge favors one side or the other, he should be removed from the bench for these kind of trials..

The LEO not following this law is bad enough to have to deal with..

only fine i had to pay was for a tinted window tick i got with the possession 75 bucks, and i didnt have the car anymore trans blew and sold it to a scrap yard without any reciept. so not too shabby.
