This always has been and should be, the prime directive for a CC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

This is what we've done from the beginning of the DCCC in 2009. Isn't it what a CC is for? That and helping new PTs get information and help registering.

True but that hasn't stop people wont go if they cant get meds but the good CC will Thrive libraries meds where neve allowed

Not if you use it conservatively. Like if you got caught with a bag the day after you got your doctor's rec. If you try to use it because you want to sell to a gazillion different patients then you are nuts, yes.

Read the ballot language, read section 8, if you want to do something clever that you know is legal under section 8 pay an attorney to advise you before committing. I do think section 8 will work for many, but some may still misunderstand what it means.
