i will be their if i can make it out of the driveway LOL this is a big case for all of us i see it going good for him the jury already knows whats up IMO he will be free but the PA will appeal

he also has along way to go i think

Yeppers, I feel as you do about the jury. The see this trial as the charade that it is. But, I don't trust this judge at all and it wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if she want back to "help" them in their deliberations.

 

I'm just hoping the roads are clear before I reach the freeway...

If the judge or anyone else tries influencing the jury, isn't that illegal? Not that it'd stop some people, I know, but they'll see right through that crap too. I hope everyone is safe on those roads. It's wonderful you're willing to support him, despite the weather and I'm sure he and his family really appreciate it. :thumbsu::goodjob:

Allow me to gather my thoughts. We just got home.

 

I will share this little tidbit of information. The judge found the poor crippled kid's mother "In Contempt of Court" while she was ON THE WITNESS STAND! (After the judge asked her a question and after she answered it...truthfully)

 

Long story short, both Michael and the prosecutor made their closing arguments. She stopped everything at 5pm even though the jury wanted to finish things today.

 

One of the jury members begged the judge as she has to take a family member to a 10am appt tomorrow so they can be fitted with some type of orthotics or prosthetic device.

 

Judge said be back at 8:30am. This is so typical of this psychotic witch who sits on that bench. Now, the prosecutor gets to have her rebuttal of Michael's closing arguments first thing in the morning. (My guess is the judge did that because she just didn't like Michael's closing arguments and stopped him either two or three times towards the end of his remarks.)

 

So, this 'ol fart needs to call it an early night so he and "his better half" can be there before 8:30am.

 

I URGE EVERYONE WHO LIVES NEAR HOWELL TO DO YOUR BEST TO ATTEND THIS CASE & BE THERE BEFORE 8:30AM

 

Two words describe this judge, her courtroom, her etiquette, and what Livingston County has put this poor crippled kid through and his family:

disgusting that's what this is.. all this for what, what is this going to prove, besides the fact she is a beach and has no heart, soul, or compassion for sick & disabled individuals..

 

was any jury member influenced to the fact that he had his card (again, a worthless piece of plastic)?

 

and when you say contempt, was she sentenced to jail? or just a warning... for comments etc.. ARGHHHH I wish I could be there I have so many questions..

 

hopefully Michael will post some transcripts from the hearing soon..

My Friends,

I can not tell you how much it means to me to have you all there. I keep telling my wife that she would never understand what is really going on unless she is there herself. You have provided such tremendous support in the craziness that is going on, I can not tell you how it is appreciated. My client, his family, have been overwhelmed by the support of this community. Thank you Thank you for making it out today. God Bless you all, and lets hope that the Jury see's the truth in this case.

The kid's mom WAS locked up for a brief while.

or just a warning... and then broth her back for comments etc.. ARGHHHH I wish I could be there I have so many questions..

Her answer: Medical Marijuana

 

Judge has the Bailiff escort the jury out of the room.

 

Then, finds the mother "In Contempt of Court" and has the Bailiff escort her to a holding cell.

Am not great inn posting here but i will try

Their is no doth the jury saw the light IMO and am not the brightest bulb inn the court room and the light was on even for me if the jury was to read the Law (if aloud to) the part of are Law that says are Law supersedes all other Law's for Marihuana witch is what it says it would be over for the PA

so how does it feel to finely be on a wining side Mr. K?

I am glad to hear your words Bob that is just what i was interested in is how the Jury appeared to be thinking . Most jurors do not understand they have the right of Jury Nulification against unjust run procedural courts and law . I only wish some of the college student activists could of handed out Jury Nulification literature to this jury so they understood their rights .

Wow...Looks like the judge got the wrong end of that one. HA HA. And thanks to you too bob. I wish I could have been there with all of you.

 

The theatrics have been just amazing. I hope he wins in the end.
