Thank you evryone, Im Ok, safe with Family and Friends!!! It was wonderful to come out to so many awesome people!!! Thank You so MUCH!!! Its a Long Battle ahead May God be with us and Guide us to Victory!

LEAVE PATIENTS ALONE!!! ALL OF THEM, NOT ONLY ME!! WE NEED TO UNITE TO PROTECT ALL PATIENTS!!!

The rally was great. Bethanys out. There was alot of support from the folks in harrisville....all honking their horns or giving us the thumbs up. Their PA better listen. But they are calling Bethanys club a dispensery. I think it should be clarified in the news that she has a compassion club, not a dispensery...who do we call to fix this?

That's Becuase many people are trying to

keep their mouths shut and wont say the truth ...

 

Many are fearfull of the Law ...

 

They don't want to loose what this Group has ....

 

The " Compassion Club " is TOTALLY DIFFERENT ( Seperate ) from the " Utillzed Space "

 

Their trying to Compare a Farmers Market to the Same as a Dispensary ...

 

Their Not even Close ...

 

What Dispensery teaches patient and caregivers How To Grow ?

 

What Dispensery teaches patients how to make eatible meds ?

 

What Dispensery passes out Free Medical Marijuana to the Patients ...

 

What Dispensery offers Free Coffee and Fellowship ....

A Safe Place for Patients and Caregivers to help each other

and to find Support ...

 

What Dispensery is Not down town in front of the public ?

 

They are saying that Patient to Patient is NOT LEGAL ?

Then How are the Dispensery doing it ?

 

It's ok for Dispensery to be open and charging $15 - $25 a gram ?

 

The Law clearly says that we CAN NOT be PUNISHED for

Helping Patient get their Meds .... PERIOD

This 'man' seems proud of how many 26 year old mothers he has put in jail. The COA hopefully will settle this issue, the pity of it is that the actions she was accused of, p2p, weren't even taking place- the facility was for education and meetings. She was simply a political prisoner and a warrior that stood up for her rights against a very petty 'man'. I hope that the next compassion club meeting is well attended to show we will not be intimidated. I'll be there.

Just a Side Note ....

 

I don't Feel Good Today ...

My Body feels like i got my A$$ Beat ...

 

But i want to Thank ALL those that Helped me

and others w/ Setting Up for the Protest ...

 

All the People Willingly Helped Carried Equipment

w/out even being asked ....

 

I am So Greatful to All those that Helped picked up everyones

Equipment ... It was'nt even their responsibilities ...

 

I am So Greatful to all those that helped me carry

my PA System back to the Car and my two buddy that took

down the Canopy w/out even being asked ...

 

All those that picked up sign left on the ground ...

 

All those that smoked cigarette that did the same as i did

and put their butts in their pockets ....

 

It was such an Honor to be a part of this Protest ...

 

I never seen nothing like it ....

 

I just want you to know that I am Prowd of you All ...

 

and Im very Thankful for your Help and Support ...

I somehow feel relieved it just wasn't me that felt like crap this morning, sore shoulders from sign waving, sore throat from yelling, sore back from standing all day, bad hips, bla bla bla. Good thing I got good meds.

But we owe you Tarzan, I was there when you rolled in and like a real pro you took to setting up, you had food and drink for all, what can I say, cept we owe you! Your worth your weight in gold, golden buds that is........shredder

We all Rocked Budd ...

 

I Always keep thinking what if it was Me ?

 

Would'nt i want people there for Jane & i ?

 

I been in Court & Jail before ...

 

I know how they treat People that are poor ...

 

They don't care ...

 

They even Lie to get a Conviction ...

 

The People that are middle class don't understand ....

 

The Judge us and don't even really know the Compassion

some of these people have ...

 

It just sometimes upsets me to know that there is 100,000

people that benefits from this program .....................

 

WHERE ARE THEY ?

 

WHY DO THEY NOT SUPPORT OTHERS ?

 

Today i had a lady call us from there ( Alcona ) ,

 

asking for help ...

 

I did all i could do to prove that she was Legal ...

 

I went above and beyond ... Put my Freedom on the line

for this person ...

 

I educated this person to the best of my abilities ...

 

I send her home w/ Free Meds ... :thumbsu:

 

I cannot be PUNISHED for helping another patient get Meds ...

 

I don't care what Alcona County Prosecutor says

I just got off the phone from talking to my Brother Murray ...

 

No He Can Not Talk ...

 

He messed up his Voice pretty badly at the Rally

 

SCREAMING :

Likewise, it was a pleasure.

 

Not as important as Bethany's charges, but still something to consider, our club building is likely now gone, our club, is a virtual club at this point, and since they took everything, including computers, we now think(unconfirmed at this point) LEO has our membership records, sad, eh? Shredder

 

They have NOTHING! They do not have info on anyone, they did not clear anything out, they have not served a warrent and have not gotten any info on any patients through the club files. They did not take anything but ME!!!!

Well... Update

 

I was there this morning for Bethany's Court Date ...

 

There was another Attorney standing in for Mr Komorn ...

 

I guess all went well... :thumbsu:

 

Had a few Supporters there for Bethany ...

 

Bethanys Next Cout Date is :

 

Wednesday ~ August 10th, 2011 at 11 AM

 

After Court we went up and had lunch together ...

 

Then i had to get back to Atlanta to get my Grandkids

Mini Bike over to Gaylord for Warranty work ...

 

Then i came home and took a shower and headed back to

Mikado for their NE Compassion Club Meeting at 6pm

 

Plus Bethany had Dr. Bob there doing Certification ....

 

A BIG , BIG Thank You Doctor Bob ...

 

Everything that Dr. Bob Collected he gave ALL that

he Collected to Bethany for her Lawyer fee

 

ALL $1400 .... YOU ROCK DR. BOB ,

 

I enjoyed our conversation and

I think you have some Solid Ideal ...

 

Bethany has such a Gold Mine at " Utility Space " and

Why People won't Support her ?

 

She took a Risk to Help others ... Like So Many of Us ...

It was Great seeing Bethany Smile and have some hope

that there was people who appreciated her efforts ...

 

It was a Great Meeting Tonight ... and Again ....

Bless you Bethany and Dr Bob.

 

If Dr Bob's generosity and faith in the community, plus Bethany's willingness to stand up for for patients does not make one feel there is good and good people in this world...nothing will.

 

Tarzan too, you did a double dose of heroics today, hats off to you.
