What is "Utilized Space" ??? Is it a compassion club?

Utilized space is seperate from the CC. The CC meets at utilized space. Utilized space has in it a head shop, lounge area, and some homegrown herbs (basil, oregino, that type of herb) It was an old motorcycle/snowmobile dealership. She planned on having dances, classes, and social get togethers along with regular CC informational meetings. It's actually pretty benign as far as I'm concerned. I'm shocked they would even target her.

 

I am seeing around the state simular things going on, and to me it looks like we are entering a new phase in dealing with the state. i think there may be a co-ordinated effort to slap us around. I hope i'm wrong.............shredder

I just met Bethany for the first time a few weeks ago at a meeting of Tarzan's club in Atlanta. She seemed like a truly nice person, and was happy and eager to help anyone. This is not the type of person that the police would assume is up to any sort of criminal mischief.

 

Definitely worth taking a day off from work, if only to help swell the number of supporters at the courthouse.

I'm planning on being up there myself, and bringing as many as I can stuff into the van. I feel strongly that Bethany deserves better than this, her's is truly a COMPASSION CLUB, as they were originally planned. If she goes down, we all may as well hang it up. I cajoled Marty, the original founder of the NEMCC to start a club. You see, I grew up in that area and met Marty at another downstate clubs meeting and talked him and his wife into giving it a try, as it was needed in the area. I have gone there and taught classes and assisted as much as I could, so I am tied to this club like no other beyond the BACC. I will not stand by idly and see this type of injustice happen before my eyes. We shall overcome! Power to the People! Free the Medicine! Stop arresting patients and caregivers and allow us Safe Access.... Peace ... j.b.

I picked up a $50 Donation for Bethany ...

I picked up 210 bottles of water ...

 

Got 14 packs of 8 hot dog buns...

 

picked up some onions , Ketchup , French's Mustard ...

 

I've got the PA System Ready to go ...

 

I 've got the Generator ready to go w/ extra Gasoline ...

 

Marty just called and says he has made calls all day

letting everyone know ....

 

He 's going to pick up some cups

for the 6 gallons of Lemon-lime Kool-Aid i'm bringing ...

let me tell you all a story about bethany....

i saw her take money out of her own pocket a few months ago and pay a third of someone's doctor certification when she heard he could not cover the cost of his certification with doctor bob. he thought his certification was only going to be $100 (like a renewal )and he didn't bring enough money. i was introduced to this person through a friend that same evening, and he asked me... what's her deal? is she rich? LOL i did too laughed right out loud too..., because i know bethany....

i told him she not only isn't rich, she has no income.. zilch.. nix.. nine.. nadda.. and he said to me.. why then would she pay $75 out of her pocket to a perfect stranger... and i told him it's because it's who she is, and what she's all about. no joke, or sugar coating.. she really did cough up the money out of the blue for a perfect stranger (who is now and shall probably remain forever my friend)

i have mad respect for bethany and i am so happy all of you are helping and supporting her.

i will make it... if it is the last thing i do... work is a problem... i am a ways away (tawas) and am under a tremendous pressure to finish this project before the homeowner gets there around noon. i want to be done by 11 and en-route... i will fly like the wind to make it to help.
