i found an old press release that talked about medversant doing medicare stuff. no mentions of marijuana program though, that was handled in house at LARA last i checked...

 

did they really rob the mmmp fund to pay for this bunny muffin?

possibly. so when they lobbied the law to be changed and then didnt get it, they sued? and got settled?

Another HUGE waste of money that could help the citizens of Michigan.

 

$10,000,000 on a wasted vote for upping the sales tax when they KNEW it would fail.

 

Now this too. There's probably a billion or more wasted dollars. Wasted by our stupid, crooked legislature. 

 

They cry about social programs costing too much and then they go and waste HUGE amounts for NOTHING! 

 

The little guy uses a tiny amount to get by and they pounce all over it. The big guy wastes millions and it gets swept under the rug or treated like everyday business. It is a sick double standard you see everywhere.

I see that three out of ten of the settlements from lawsuits against the State Police are from Oakland county.

any word on this? the state is not allowed to pay settlements from the mmmp fund.

 

how would one go about getting the money back to the mmmp fund? sue the state in ingham court?
