I like this idea. What does Mr. Abel say about the idea? Edit: Bob why would you post something like that, his question is not remotely close to a dream, it's the next step.. you know, like the courts like to take things in steps. LongHairBri
I'd use their own math against them. research several busts, take plant count / $$$ they claim I bet it comes out $5,000 at least per plant
outsideinthecold
There is no way I can appreciate the wringer they put Kingpinn through. Any mmj caregiver or patient owes him their thanks. On the matter of plant values I'd suggest considering something like $150/per plant. My 'caregiver' valuation is based on $100/oz for an one-and-a-half of useable mmj per plant. It irks the heck out of me when local plant police value plants (and cuttings!) at $1000 each. While I'd certainly want as much paypack as possible if I were Kingpinn's shoes, if the Shiawassee PA agrees to $150/plant wouldn't it form a basis for more reasonable valuations in the future by the future customers of the arrest and punishment industry? The past can't be changed but maybe we can work towards a better future. I truly believe Kingpinn's persecution will help make things better for others in the coming days. trichcycler
some things to consider, thanks outsideinthecold. It costs more than 150 dollars to obtain and grow "a plant" to maturity possibly ? My insurance company values them at 1000 dollars each, partly where I got the figure. They got the figure from the old tax stamps info. It made sense to me with finish weight, electricity, acquisition, fertilizer, substrate, equipment. LongHairBri
3K per outdoor plant sounds quite reasonable to me.....but $36,000 should be applied to each year/season you were prevented from growing your medicine due to this frivolous lawsuit
