Bernie Torme always had a Ritchie Blackmore vibe to him story about him after Randy Rhodes death in 82 Ozzy heavily recruited Torme as his replacement Torme declined multiple times thus Brad Gillis ended up being the first to step into Randy's colossal shoes .
