can you show me  cases of 100% Act compliance where an arrest took place?

You need to specify section 4 or 8. I know you are talking 4 but others will stretch.

This just blows my mind !     Does "They" mean the prosecutor, or your attorney and the prosecutor?

I under stand, im sure king pin's face is hurting from smiling so much, im sure in fact possitive he is not happy with how much it cost him in $ and and mind torture and just not liking some one else to be in charge of your imediate future! I can relate, I once had 2 10 yr fellony's I was totaly worrying about for quite a while, I wish I would have listened to my attny, I got off just like he said I would, and it was worth the 5k it cost me. that was 26 yrs ago, im still happy lol!

Would love to see you sue them for the value of your medicine they destroyed using the prosecutor s own accounting methods. Ie twenty a gram they would owe y thousands might cover court costs
