Grapestomper Og X Purple Kush

I also got their diamonds and dust.  They are open pollinated randomly in an outside garden.  I think they put out a male and female of everything they have and just let the pollen fly.  Should be a good representation of their gear.  There are probably crosses in their they don't even make outside their open pollination project.

Not great pics.  I'll take better when the girls are closer to finished.

Very grapey even in early flower.  Reminds me of a strain I made called grape bubble yum.  Doesn't quite have the bubble gummy smell though.  Hopefully I'll get to cross her into the bubblegum in the future.  Hope she holds the grape smell and taste.

There's a full garden image.  All my first group of TLO grown.  There are a couple strains running out of nutes early but I've been making notes and should be able to/have been able to add Whitney Farms organic fertilizer(doesn't stink) at about 2-4 tablespoons to the top of the soil at about week 3-4 in flower to carry them thru till the end.  I moved up to 4 spike tubes per bucket and 6 jobes spikes per bucket(2 container plant, 2 vegetable and 2 general purpose) and a few tablespoons of various dry fertilizers at different layers in the bucket.  I can't believe how many more roots I'm getting towards the top since I've been putting tablespoons of organic dry ferts over the top below the perlite layer.

Jobe's ORGANIC spikes.  There are lots of different types that are made of synthetic too.  I use the organic ones.

I think I'm going to move away from them for flowering.  It's only about $.50 - $1 for 6 spikes if you buy online.  I've seen them at $11+ for 50 spikes, that could be expensive.  I paid under $5/50 spikes shipped.  The loose mix dumped down a hole in the soil is cheaper.  Also layering the Epsoma, jobe's or whitney farms mixes could easily replace them.  But for convenience they rock.  All you have to do is keep notes as to how many you need for each strain to finish.

I put half of a bag into the soil on one plant the day I went into the flowering room twice. There were no issues in the 2 gallon container, but the one gallon bag plant showed a few burned leaves. I still have some around, but my rabbit poop is ready to use now, so that's the ticket for me. when its gone I have a 100 lbs of Oganicare fertilizer crumbles. They take forever to dissolve, a good thing and the results are that of the rabbit poop-both a superior fertilizer, coming with their own set of issues.

My patients are always encouraged to grow their own from day one. I start them with the Jobes organic spikes, and they win. they can ease into other forms of fertilizers after their garden begins finishing and their schedule is up and running. easy sleazy poke in spikes are sleazy easy!

I may have to see if one nearby has them.

I use a dowel and when I transplant, after i water.  I stick the dowel down to the bottom on 4 sides of the bucket, towards the walls of the bucket.  Never used a pvc pipe but thought of it to be able to refill tubes halfway thru flowering. Decided to monkey with sprinkling it on top instead.

Well, unfortunately, the first GSOGPK came down today.  Not because she was ripe and dripping with resin. Although she was dripping with resin and had the grape sugary perfume smell I remember from 20 years ago.  Definitely one of the phenos I've been looking for.  I hope the other female stays female and has that same grape to it.  I thought the thrips had come back since I saw some whiteish dots and lines on a leaf.  i wiped it and it came off.  I immediately got the flashlight out and saw the male flowers flourescing under the blue flashlight.  darn!!!!  I took her/him out and there were male flowers at nearly every node.  I was tempted to move her into the well pump room to finish off but decided to destroy the 2 clones and the one in flower.  I have 5-8 more seeds and the other female in flower and 3 clones behind her.  Keeping my fingers crossed.  I just hope she/he didn't ruin anything else in the garden.  It was a low air movement corner,

What a drag it is to get that far and have to chop.

I have faced the same hard decision before and empathize with you.

Do you know/think if it is a problem with the genetic line or stress induced?

It is stories like this that cause me concern when sourcing seeds, it seems price and reputation aren't always good indicators of quality.

"Reverse" stops this action in its steps with one application. The expression is that of a hormone freeway. The plant lipids contained in the product "Reverse" stop those messages instantly, with resulting curled boy flowers in a couple day. Only a few drops are needed, with a thousand and 14 applications(joke) in a 20 dollar bottle.

jus sayin'

Thanks for the info.  The male flowers had already opened.  Didn't look like there were any more forming but I don't want to chance it.  Should've flowered one in a small container to see if it was just a seed thing and if the clones would've done it but I want everything stable and tasting it may have been too tempting.  She smelled sooo sweet.

The orange creamsicle, 2 bubble queens, gorilla glue, cannatonic and other gsogpk didn't have any male flowers along with my 5 staples that were in flower.  Seems that it was genetic.

sorry but

i call - harsh on anything titled  "reverse"

it seems to me that at best the science behind such a product would be "GMO mix and match approach"

at best..

i am actually disappointed in you grass for even suggesting a hormone interruption type of therapy would be organically acceptable in a plants symbiosis of life..

really ? he could have saved the plant, stopped its unruly expression, and cloned form the beauty to cherish her forever.

since it seems perfectly acceptable by readers here to use a persistent fungicide like Eagle in the same process for the duty of saving a rare genetic. Seem plausibly safe viewed that way?

I used the product one time 5 years ago on a confused Tahoe OG,(many CaliConnect have been confused I hear).

I continue to run that gem with no confusion. She remains my longest clone of a clone projects in the garden. I periodically

refresh the garden the cultures of the others, but am still in awe at the simple correction.

those that use cloning gel are most definitely altering the hormonal travel, with very powerful synthetic hormones often for thought. Genetic modification is most definitely accomplished with the exact hormones found in the gel.

peace out

good point about the cloning gel.. i had not considered that :)

i rid my garden of my favorite strain last fall because she tended to throw nanners when the conditions were any little bit out of ideal which then led to non sensimilla..

i was aware they made reverse but thought it was probably not for me..

i did not mean any disrespect with my comment to you i merely was taken off guard because of your organic approach's

i have no personal experience to be truthful about the efficacy of reverse because i did not try it..
