I WILL be there if nothing stops me. Dog got heat exhaustion/concussion and took 2 days from me and a lot of my nerves so I'm hoping I'm predisastered(knock on wood).  If anyone is between flint(69/75) and the courthouse, no gas money needed, I'll already be going that way.

i have a VA doctors appointment first thing in the am so i may be a few minutes late however i will be there.

i went and saw Tarzan this morning and gave him a big ole hug.

 

hes beyond stressed out.

 

i reminded him that he can make it through this and that many people love him..

 

i reminded him about Bob and Torey taking 5 years to resolve their case and that he needs to be patient and stay healthy and calm.

 

he was complaining about chest pains and trouble breathing so i am worried this stress is overloading his system.

 

i know for a FACT Tarzan came out and gave to many many people over the years... he went to so many court dates... so many people have been touched by his love and generosity that i hope and pray his good deeds shall outweigh his bad.

 

i look forward to seeing anyone who can make it.

What should I expect Friday?  I don't know whether to leave the dog at daycare or bring her and go for a walk afterwards.  If it is 1/2 hour or less that's probably what I'd plan unless people go to lunch afterwards or something?

Wow some of the comments on here are out of this world

people putting words into each others mouth,assumptions that aren`t true,and you people wonder why our community is divided

Mal is right ,if you followed the law,and the law says you can not give it or sell it to anyone else other than your patient,then Tarzan doesn`t have a good defense

I truly hope Tarzan can get out of this.

Just have to wait and see what the charges are

Well, Tarzan will and does have a defense to be presented under Sec. 8 I presume and I do sincerely hope he is able to get his case dismissed on that basis.  It may be difficult, but we can hope for him.

I do know  of many Courts cases  and agree the card is only as good as your Lawyer is
