NPM is either a Michigan company or a California company. According to incorporation documents on file with the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Growth, NPM is registered in California. Incorporation information on file with the State of California give NPM's current address as Brighton, Michigan - and list Lee B. Albright as the firm's president.

How much are they paying?

Of course not. But does the MMMA support people who want to make some money getting signatures would be the question.

I see that point, but gathering a bunch of sigs, for a bill that will in the end screw us if passed,, seems a back step to me.. IDK

Isn't it fare to say today with the last high court ruling that people can be arrest if they live with someone growing cannabis and maybe out of compliance  of the Act

Like Mothers , Wife, Husbands, Dad's, anyone live at the Home or even maybe they own a store / Dispensary then what ?

Because it would eventually kill our grow right. I know you don't care about that Bob. But a lot of us do depend heavily on it.

Thanks

i am sorry if you did not know i do care about peoples grow rights and my own grow rights i do not depend heavily on it i don't depend on it at all

Even if that's true the ballot thingy would just put MORE people in court defending themselves.  MORE and MORE.

sorry you feel that way i am and always have and  will be for the MMMA Law 1 of 2008

Not the way you roll dude. I've been watching you go round the track since '08. You want your own dispensary. A little bit o truth slips out once in a while.

should get paid to get signatures with mcc, just take milegalize petitions with you as well.

i mean, 'wick is a sec4 and tut' is going to get entrapment screwed and probably sec8 screwed too because the informant wasnt using it for medical use.

unless you think the court is going to expand any defenses or immunity for patients and caregivers? they have never expanded any protections. brown wont be overturned by these cases, 333.8109 only applies to conduct permitted.

i also am leery that they arent even going to lay out section8 guide like they did for k/k. its going to just be two silly billy reverse and remands, like in all cases the msc has taken so far.

'zur is the worst ruling possible in the history of the MMMA. husbands , wives, girlfriends, boyfriends, parents will ALL be charged for possessing marijuana now because of it, if any grow room is unlocked, ever.

jones and his ilk will continue to chip away at the act. if that rental ban bill comes into place, the patients will be destroyed- probably by about 50%.

as long as marijuana is illegal, patients will be prosecuted.

while neither one of these petitions will decriminalize or legalize marijuana, as it still remains a controlled substance schedule 1, they will reduce the cases brought against everyone including patients and their families.

this is just my opinion, i dont speak for the site nor anyone else.
