Warrants have just been issued to my patient for possesion and maintaining a drug house, 2500 bail by tomartrow at 2. Mine is 10000 bail for manufacture with intent and maintaining a drug house. By tomarrow at 2. We are fuckd! Anybody that has any ideas, please...

How can this be happening to legal patients and caregivers. Will this harassment ever end ffs. So sorry you, your patient, and your families have to go thru this hell.

I just don't understand how Anyone can be Arrested that has a Card or Paperwork ?

i think he is going to be OK most of the time they give you a personal bond am not a Lawyer but i don't think their has been one legal person that has gone to jail as i know of

Unfortunately, I have spoken to a couple lawyers down your way (they think mmj is still illegal for everyone up here lol) and its 5 to 10 grand. Yikes. So, I plan on turning myself in, i've used the last of my funds to bail my patient out.

Yes in fact one of my patients ( a family member) does live with me, hence the she being charged as well. My delivery charge is for furnishing to her and I guess the manufacturing charge is based on weight. (German chocolate budcake is heavy).

Someone posted a thread early about suing. They are right we need to sue the bunny muffin out of these cities to send a message. Until the suits start they will continue doing crap like this. Also how the hell did they find your patients?

This sounds like another gross harassment by the Appointed Legal Authorities. They have no legal means to justify their actions.

Ok the update is

GOOD MORNING !! (I'm not good at being down!)

I turned myself in on 3 felomy warrants, manufacturing w/ intent, 2 counts, and maintaining a drug house, both habitualized. (2005 conviction for maintaining a drug house, 3 plants behind my raspberry bushes, argued mmj then also and reduced.)

My patient has the same charges, bailed her out too. They are trying VERY hard to take my nieces and nephews (patient's kids) but we are fighting like hell!

We will be contacting the news today.
