Pain Numbing Indica Or Sativa?

I've read that Indica is a full body, numbing, beavis and butt head watching buzz. Whereas Sativa is more of an uplifting, creative thinking, day time smoking buzz. When it comes to head and neck pain, sounds like Indica is the winner, but what about daytime smoking. Week Two

So I got a few clones from a local respected organization and I brought home the clones, transplanted them and they are doing great! I have started nuts on their week two as I started out with a mix of farm fox and happy frog soil. I have them in a 1000 MH reflective hood and a 4x4 tent at 18-6 light cycle timed. I am a caregiver for 4 patients. I am allowed to have 48 plants. What is a plant under the Michigan Law? I was told by my doctor that plants had roots.   I am facing felony charges for having 37 small non producing plants and some cuts that were not rooted, just cut off.   Help.
